Nature of work:

  • Organization and control of the work of assigned production units;
  • Timely execution of the production plan;
  • Ensuring the efficient use of production capacities and resources;
  • Providing and implementing insights for improving the activities of production units and increasing efficiency;
  • Production quality control;
  • Training of subordinate employees;
  • Performing other tasks assigned by the manager.

Requirements:

  • You have experience in organizing work in production;
  • You understand production processes;
  • You have team management competencies;
  • You have good computer literacy (e.g. Excel, Word);
  • You are communicative, curious, responsible, and goal-oriented.
