Nature of work

  • Successful integration and training of new employees;
  • Drawing up employee training plans, monitoring their implementation, interim assessment of competencies and recording results for final translation.
  • Creating and nurturing team culture in order to strengthen employee engagement and long-term work in the team;
  • Organizing the production process and distributing work flows;
  • Leading the team: conducting meetings, distributing work, providing feedback and monitoring KPIs;
  • Monitoring and analyzing deviations in the production process;
  • Preparing production reports, solving problems and making suggestions;
  • Improving the ergonomics of workplaces in order to ensure comfortable and efficient working conditions for employees;
  • Cooperation with other departments;

Work 1st shift: Mon-Fri 6:00 - 14:30
