- execution and control of production plans, setting priorities
- prompt resolution of production problems
- organization of the production process and team work
- monitoring of production indicators (KPI), increasing efficiency and improving processes
- employee motivation and assessment of competencies
- ensuring occupational safety, LEAN, 5S, ESD and company work procedure requirements
Employee requirements
- higher education
- knowledge of production processes (an advantage - electromechanical assembly)
- experience in leading a team
- result-oriented
- computer literacy
- good English language skills
- knowledge of LEAN methods and experience in practical application
