We are looking for a Team Leader to organize and coordinate production processes, ensure quality, safety, and efficient team work. If achieving results, improving processes, and developing a team are important to you, this role is for you!
Nature of work
- Ensure compliance with production, hygiene and occupational safety standards and participate in audits;
- Organize team work, distribute tasks, make decisions and monitor their implementation;
- Aim for key performance indicators (KPIs) and publicize results within the team;
- Implement production plans, optimizing raw material, time and energy resources and reducing costs;
- Develop professional skills of employees and encourage their involvement in continuous improvement processes;
- Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the workplace, equipment, tools and premises in accordance with established instructions;
- Fill in the necessary documents (food safety, quality control, production logs, etc.) and ensure their accuracy.
We will expect from you:
- Management experience in manufacturing or similar field;
- Ability to make timely decisions and ensure their implementation;
- Excellent organizational skills and sense of responsibility;
- Computer literacy; English language proficiency is an advantage.
We will provide:
- The opportunity to work full-time (II shifts, changing every week): 6:00 - 14:30 and 14:30 - 23:00 and have weekends and holidays off;
- Free travel to/from work by company bus in the directions of Klaipėda, Kretinga, Kretingalė, Gargždai, Dovilai and Jakai;
- The company provides lunch - food is provided 2 times a week;
- Paid 0.5 hour break (you will work 7.5 hours, and you will receive payment for 8 hours);
