Nature of work
We are looking for a responsible and proactive person who is able to see the whole and ensure that the production process runs smoothly, with high quality and efficiency. This person will become an important link between employees, equipment and product quality.
- Organize and coordinate the production process - ensure the distribution of work to employees and the timely completion of tasks.
- Monitor the operation of the equipment, initiate preventive maintenance and ensure the availability of spare parts.
- Ensure the quality of the manufactured product according to established standards.
- Manage and maintain production documentation (production accounting, traceability, preparation for audits).
- Analyze processes, propose and implement production optimization and quality improvement solutions.
- Cooperate with the sales department to achieve effective work organization.
Employee requirements
- Experience in production or maintenance (supervisory experience is an advantage).
- Technical thinking, ability to quickly solve problems.
- Understanding of production processes, equipment operation and quality principles.
- Diligence, responsibility, ability to plan time and work.
- Innovation and constant desire to improve processes.
