Nature of work:
- Plan and organize work for a team of 6-10 operators;
- Work on the production line together with the team, ensuring the smooth execution of the production process;
- Provide reports on the implementation of activities and production plans to the shift manager;
- Motivate the team and make suggestions for process improvement;
- Keep self-control and documentation records, respond to changes, solve problems;
- Work in shifts: 6:00 - 14:00; 22:00 - 6:00; 14:00 - 22:00.
💶 Clear and stable remuneration:
2410 € + night rate;
2660 € + night rate after the trial period;
2820 € + night rate after 1 year of work;
Further salary growth depends on work results.
You are eligible for these positions if:
- You have experience in leading a team, you are able to motivate and develop employees;
- You know English;
- You are able to work with production equipment;
- You don't just follow the rules at work, but you contribute to their creation;
- You are ready for shift work;
- You are able to promptly solve problems, conflict situations and communicate well;
- You have knowledge of LEAN tools (advantage);
- You have a higher education (advantage).
