We are currently inviting a Production Foreman to join our team in Marijampolė!
We will trust you in this position.
- Work organization and control
- Quality assurance of manufactured products
- Keeping records of manufactured products
- Planning of production volumes and human resources activities
- Filling in the necessary documentation/logs
- Maintaining order in the production workshop/removing non-conformities
- Performing tasks, preparing reports
- Ensuring and controlling compliance with work safety requirements.
Expectations for your competence
- Higher or higher education in the field of metalworking is an advantage.
- Work experience in metalworking companies (turning, milling) is an advantage.
- Ability to read drawings is an advantage.
- Good computer skills.
- Critical thinking, quick orientation, leadership skills.
- Motivation, desire to learn and grow with the company.
