Our client, a metalworking company specializing in the production of various metal products, is currently looking for an organized PRODUCTION FOREMAN - METALWORKING WORKSHOP MANAGER to join their team.
Nature of work
- Managing the metalworking shop team - work organization and control (14 employees);
- Task allocation, priority setting;
- Ensuring timely execution of the production plan;
- Ensuring the quality of manufactured products;
- Team formation, development and motivation;
- Supervision of compliance with occupational safety requirements;
- Monitoring the production process, promptly resolving emerging problems;
- Accounting for orders, raw materials, working time;
- Monitoring performance results, analyzing indicators and improving processes.
Employee requirements
- Successful team management experience (in a metal products manufacturing company - an advantage);
- Engineering education (mechanical engineering - an advantage);
- Knowledge of metal processing technologies and processes (product manufacturing);
- Skills in reading drawings and product specifications;
- Ability to make decisions independently;
- Ability to effectively organize team work and manage production processes and changes;
- Excellent communication, activity and time planning skills, initiative and desire to improve.
