We are looking for a production foreman who would ensure the smooth daily operation of the production department and coordinate the team's activities.
This is a position for someone who is able to organize processes, plan work, coordinate a team, and ensure that production activities run efficiently and smoothly.
What are you going to do?
- Organize and coordinate daily production work;
- Plan employee employment and distribute tasks according to priorities;
- Ensure compliance with occupational safety requirements in the production department;
- Monitor order, labor discipline and smooth implementation of production processes;
- Control the balance of raw materials, packaging materials and other materials necessary for production;
- Plan the need for materials and coordinate their replenishment and accounting;
- Organize the packaging and delivery of finished products to customers;
- Cooperate with the production manager in solving daily production issues;
- Provide suggestions for improving processes, quality and work organization.
We hope that:
- Have experience in production and in the field of organizing employee work;
- Able to plan work, set priorities and make decisions;
- Know how to coordinate team work and ensure the implementation of tasks;
- Are responsible, organized and result-oriented;
- Have good computer skills;
- Have a category B driver's license;
- Able to communicate constructively with colleagues and resolve everyday situations.
- Speak English.
Advantages:

- Experience in metalworking or manufacturing;
- Experience working with accounting, ERP, ODOO or other production management systems.
