- Smooth coordination and organization of production work in the production workshop
- Distribution of tasks and work to employees, quality control of work performed, monitoring and supervision of work execution according to the project
- Filling out initial production reports or other documents
- Implementation of production plans, ensuring production quality and work productivity
- Management of equipment, maintaining order, cleanliness and safety during your shift
Employee requirements
We hope that our Metal Division team will be joined by a FOREMAN who will be PROFESSIONAL and:
- Will have a higher or higher education
- Management experience in a manufacturing company/in the field of production or successful experience as a foreman
- Technical knowledge and work experience in the field of metal processing would be an advantage
- Will be able to organize safe and high-quality work, will be able to manage and motivate employees
- Will have a good understanding of equipment management and maintenance, will be able to read drawings
- Will be able to analyze, foresee solutions and implement them and achieve good results in a short time
