International furniture component manufacturing company UAB "Baldlitas" is looking for a production foreman who would be responsible for managing furniture component production processes in order to ensure high work efficiency and product quality.
Primary responsibilities
Organize and ensure a smooth production process of furniture components;
Distribute tasks to subordinate employees and control their performance;
Monitor the quality of manufactured products and promptly resolve any problems that arise;
Control the use of raw materials and ensure optimal management of their residues;
Prepare reports on production results;
Increase the efficiency of production processes;
Ensure compliance with occupational safety and technological process requirements.

Employee requirements
Work experience in the field of furniture production (at least 1 year);
Ability to read technical drawings and understand production processes;
Responsibility and orientation towards teamwork;
Experience in leadership and training people;
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills;
Strong mathematical skills;
Computer literacy (MS Office programs, especially Excel);
Advantage: technical or engineering education.
