Your daily activities at work would be:
Planning, organizing and controlling the production process;
Organizing, motivating and supervising the work of a team of production employees;
Monitoring production performance indicators and ensuring quality;
Quality control and implementing preventive actions to reduce non-conformities;
Prompt identification and resolution of problems in the production process;
Preparing reports, analyzing department/shift results and providing suggestions for improving efficiency;
Cooperation with other departments to ensure smooth execution of the production plan.

Important abilities and skills:
Higher education;
Successful work experience in the position of department / shift foreman or manager;
Production management experience (preferably woodworking), knowledge of production processes;
Computer literacy (MS "Office" programs);
Ability to promptly make rational decisions, delegate tasks and ensure their implementation;
Knowledge of work safety instructions and compliance with them;
Organization, responsibility, initiative and result orientation.
Successful work experience in the position of department / shift foreman or manager;
Production management experience (preferably woodworking), knowledge of production processes;
Computer literacy (MS "Office" programs);
Ability to promptly make rational decisions, delegate tasks and ensure their implementation;
Knowledge of work safety instructions and compliance with them;
