Production Master

Organize and ensure a smooth production process;
Distribute tasks to subordinate employees and control their performance;
Monitor the quality of manufactured products and promptly resolve any problems that arise;
Control the use of raw materials and ensure optimal management of their residues;
Prepare reports on production results;
Increase the efficiency of production processes;
Ensure compliance with occupational safety and technological process requirements.

Work experience in the field of wood production (at least 1 year);
Ability to read technical drawings and understand production processes;
Responsibility and orientation towards teamwork;
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills;
Strong mathematical skills;
Computer literacy (MS "Office" programs);
