Your daily activities at work would be:
Managing subordinate production employees, their development and motivation;
Organizing work and distributing tasks to ensure smooth execution of the production plan;
Quality control and implementation of preventive actions to reduce non-conformities;
Participation in organizing the production plan and schedule;
Preparing reports, analyzing unit/shift results and providing suggestions for improving efficiency;
Solving production, daily problems;
Working hours: I-V, 7:00-15:30.

Important abilities and skills:
Technical education (higher technical education is an advantage);
At least 2 years of similar successful work experience (in the position of department / shift foreman or manager);
Production management experience (preferably metalworking), knowledge of production processes;
Computer literacy (MS Office environment);
Organizational skills, responsibility, communication and work planning;
Knowledge of work safety instructions and their compliance;
Initiative and desire to improve;
Responsibility and attention to detail.
