You will organize daily production work and distribute tasks to employees.
You will supervise shift work, ensure work progress according to the production plan and deadlines.
You will control the quality of products at different stages of production.
You will ensure that work is carried out according to technological processes, drawings and quality requirements.
You will solve daily production situations, respond to obstacles and help the team eliminate them.
You will supervise work discipline, order, compliance with employee safety and health requirements.
You will cooperate with production, design, warehouse and other related departments.
Place of work: Kužiai, Šiauliai district.

You have experience as a production foreman, shift supervisor or similar position.
You are familiar with furniture production processes or have experience in the manufacturing sector.
You are able to read technical drawings and understand the technological process of production.
You know how to organize teamwork, communicate clearly and make decisions.
You are responsible, focused on results, quality and meeting deadlines.
You have computer skills; knowledge of MS Office and production management programs would be an advantage.
You are familiar with furniture production processes or have experience in the manufacturing sector.
