UAB "BODESA" is one of the largest manufacturers of glass units and tempered glass in the Baltic States. We are currently recruiting a responsible, proactive and people-oriented production master to join our team, who would contribute to the smooth production process, team work organization and quality assurance.

Nature of work
- Organization and control of the implementation of the production plan;
- Coordination of shift work and assignment of tasks;
- Supervision of production processes, quality and results;
- Initiation of improvement of production processes;
- Solving everyday situations and communicating with shift employees.
- Analysis of production indicators and providing suggestions for improving processes.
Shift work:
morning shift - from 06:00 to 14:00
afternoon shift - from 14:00 to 22:00
night shift - from 22:00 to 06:00
Employee requirements
- Similar work experience would be an advantage, but we will most appreciate a responsible attitude, willingness to learn and ability to organize teamwork;
- High attention to detail and results orientation.
