Nature of work
At UAB "Vakarų metalgama" you will be responsible for:
Work organization, planning of brigade work during the shift;
Preparation of shift tasks;
Preparation and analysis of reports on completed work/projects;
Ensuring safety requirements at workplaces;
Quality and control of performed work.
We believe that you would be best suited if you:
You have a college or university higher education in engineering, technical field;
You have experience as a production manager or similar position;
You are able to lead people - mobilize and motivate them for a common goal;
You are able to communicate in English and Russian;
You work well on a computer and read technical drawings;
You consider yourself an independent, optimistic person, capable of thinking strategically.

A flexible work schedule: 2 days, 2 nights, 4 days off.
Training in specific knowledge necessary for development and work.
