Nature of work
We invite an organized, logical-thinking, high-responsibility production master to join the UAB "PRO COLORE" team.
- Organize the production of finishing products (paints, putties, decorative plasters, etc.), lead and distribute work to subordinate employees (about 15 people), ensure the production of products according to recipes and technological requirements;
- Ensure the quantities of manufactured products in the warehouse according to the approved minimum/maximum balances;
- Carry out control of illiquid products;
- Quantitative and quality control of manufactured products;
- Calculate the quantities of manufactured products in the accounting software (writing off raw materials, summarizing rates);
- Ensure waste sorting, submission of data on generated waste to accounting, waste submission;
- Ensure compliance with work order rules, work safety and fire safety requirements;
- Participate in organizing and conducting inventories; store and archive documents;
- Execution of personnel selection for the production unit;
- Generate and propose ideas for making production processes more efficient;
- Perform other tasks assigned by the company director.
Employee requirements
- Organization, high level of personal responsibility, diligence, effective management and distribution of work to a team of people;
- Ability to promptly solve problems, you are resistant to stressful situations;
- High motivation to learn, know and understand recipes, safety data sheets, declarations of technical properties, properties of raw materials, the purpose of equipment required for production and operating instructions;
- Excellent computer skills and accounting software;
- Successful work experience in the field of production and managing people;
- Fluent Lithuanian language.

- Free travel from Vilkaviškis to the workplace;
- All necessary work tools.
