Nature of work
Ensuring a smooth, safe and efficient production process;
Plan and organize shift work, distribute tasks and ensure efficient use of resources;
Ensure the implementation of production plans, production quality and compliance with deadlines;
Analyze production results, identify problems and initiate solutions that increase operational efficiency;
Plan the need for necessary raw materials and ensure their timely supply for production;
Participate in the implementation of new products and production processes;
Ensure compliance with work procedures, occupational health and safety and fire safety requirements;
Cooperate with technology, R&D, commerce and other departments of the company to ensure a smooth production process.
