- Organization of production work, distribution of work to production employees, their coordination and control;
- Optimization, improvement of production processes and increase of production efficiency.
- Ensuring production quality;
- Ensuring occupational safety during the shift;
- Assistance to management in finding the best solutions for the company's activities and development;
- Filling and administration of production documents;
- Analysis of production capacities and completed tasks.
Employee requirements
- Supervised work experience in a manufacturing company (work experience in solid wood furniture production would be a great advantage);
- Good people skills, organizational and planning skills;
- Analytical thinking;
- Knowledge of LEAN tools;
- Receptiveness to new information, initiative, ability to solve problems quickly;
- Good computer skills, working with MS Office programs;
- Knowledge of English - an advantage;
