Main responsibilities and objectives
- organization and supervision of the production process;
- distribution, coordination and control of employee work;
- ensuring order deadlines and quality;
- solving technical problems during production;
- maintaining occupational safety and order in the workshop.
For successful work you will need
- technical education;
- experience in the position of production organization/master/foreman;
- understanding of metalworking processes, equipment, drawings;
- ability to lead a team and make decisions;
- responsibility, organization and result orientation.
