Nature of work
- Organization of work of shift workers, distribution of tasks and control;
- Ensuring the execution of the production plan and control of production results;
- Ensuring the quality of manufactured products;
- Monitoring of production processes and prompt resolution of emerging problems;
- Monitoring of employee productivity and production efficiency;
- Control of accounting for manufactured products and consumed raw materials;
- Ensuring compliance with order, labor discipline and safety requirements;
- Control of production documentation and filling out journals;
- Organization of training and introduction of new employees to the workplace;
- Preparation of reports on the results of shift work;
- Work in one shift.
Employee requirements
- Higher or higher education in the field of mechanics.
- Work experience in a manufacturing company;
- Team management or work organization experience;
- Ability to read technical drawings;
- Good computer skills;
- Ability to plan and organize work and set priorities;
- Responsibility, independence and the ability to solve problems quickly.
