MANUFACTURING MASTER

We invite a PRODUCTION FOREMAN (workplace in Visaginas) to join the dynamic team of AKSA professionals, whose main goal is to organize and control the production process, ensuring the execution of the production plan, product quality, work safety and effective use of employees and production resources.

The foreman's responsibilities will include:

• Production organization/control and ensuring results;
• Ensuring the quality of manufactured products;
• Effective use of resources and ensuring labor productivity;
• Implementation of the LEAN system/"support" of the implemented methods;
• Providing proposals for optimizing the production process, work organization, product quality and productivity;

• Responsibility and result orientation;
• Ability to organize one's own and team's work;
• Leadership and ability to manage production staff;
• Ability to clearly distribute tasks and control their implementation.
• Requirement for quality, order, work safety and work discipline;
• Technical thinking and ability to understand production processes;
• Ability to notice discrepancies and promptly solve problems arising during production;
• Ability to work in a dynamic production environment and make decisions independently;
• Ability to constructively resolve conflict situations;
