Production Foreman Assistant/Assembler

The assistant is responsible for the smooth and safe work of the following work centers and employees: metal preparation, mechanical processing (plasma cutting, turning, milling, bending)

Assistant Master Responsibilities:

• employee flow management;
  
• distribution of work;
  
• ensuring the execution of the production plan;
  
• solving production and quality issues;
  

Filling and administration of production and company documents;
Analysis of production capacity and completed tasks;
Working with ERP Monitor.

All work will be coordinated with the foreman and production planner.

It would be ideal if you understand the specifics of metal fabrication
Management, work organization and planning skills;
Computer skills (MS Office package);
Ability to read and analyze drawings;
Receptivity to new information, initiative, ability to promptly solve problems;
Knowledge of work safety requirements;
Knowledge of English and Russian languages.
