Our client is a company that manufactures high-quality products and works with modern, automated production processes. They are currently looking for a PRODUCTION OPERATIONS MANAGER (responsibility for one department) to join their dynamic team.
Nature of work
- Planning, managing and optimizing production processes;
- Coordinating team work and assigning tasks;
- Managing capacities, raw materials and other resources, ensuring optimal productivity and efficiency;
- Ensuring compliance with quality and employee safety standards;
- Forming a positive work culture in the department.
- Analysis of performance indicators, process improvement and cooperation with other departments of the company.
Employee requirements
- Higher education;
- At least 3 years of similar work experience in the food sector is required;
- Knowledge of production process planning and cost optimization;
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office);
- Category B driver's license;
- Good organizational, analytical, communication and time management skills, responsibility and result orientation.
