Polyplast is one of the leaders in polycarbonate sheet production in the Baltic States, consistently investing in modern technologies, process automation and sustainable production.
We are currently building a new, advanced factory in Alytus, where modern production solutions are being implemented and a new generation of production culture is being formed.

What will your working day look like:
- You will work with modern polycarbonate sheet production lines, controlling the main technological parameters (temperature, vacuum, pressure).
- You will monitor the production process and ensure product quality and work efficiency.
- You will promptly respond to technical malfunctions, make adjustments to equipment parameters.
- You will contribute to the organization of shift work and process control according to your competence.
We hope you:
- Have a technical education or work experience in production, especially working with extrusion lines (plastic, polycarbonate, window profiles, etc.).
- Understand the logic of production processes and be able to work with technological parameters.
- Be responsible, meticulous and result-oriented.
- Want to learn, improve and work with modern, automated equipment.
- Be able to work in a team and respond quickly to changing situations.
The company offers:
- Salary from €1,500 in hand (depending on experience)
- Paid career start in Vilnius – training from March 2026, with paid transportation and meals.
- Stable job in Alytus from September–October 2026, in a newly opened, modern factory.
- Shift work schedule after 12 hours.
- 4 weeks annual leave – 2 weeks during the winter holidays and 2 weeks in the summer.
- Career growth opportunity up to the position of senior operator or shift manager.
- Work with modern, automated equipment in a clean, safe and ergonomic environment.
