Nature of work
Ensuring a smooth and high-quality production process for drying products, in accordance with instructions, specifications and food safety requirements.
Monitoring production parameters and completing the necessary technological documents.
Maintaining assigned equipment, ensuring cleanliness and timely reporting of malfunctions.
Working in a shift schedule (day and night shifts, from 7:00 to 19:00 and from 19:00 to 7:00 with lunch breaks.).
