Production Operator | Electronics Manufacturing

We are looking for a Production Operator to supplement and strengthen our growing team, located in Molėtai, Paluokesos g. 11.

Teltonika's electronics manufacturing departments develop and assemble our devices - from prototypes to large-scale serial production. Using advanced automation and robotics, we turn any complex idea into a fully developed product.

We create all the necessary conditions for each employee to improve their skills, gain detailed knowledge about the products we manufacture, and grow professionally in every way.

In this position, you will:

• You will be responsible for preparing equipment for work, adjusting it.
• You will take care of line maintenance and service (perform preventive work).
• You will implement and supervise production processes.
• You will monitor quality and equipment production parameters.
• You will work in 3 shifts: I - 6:30-15:00, II- 15:00-23:30, III- 23:30-6:30.
• 5-day week (free weekends and holidays).

What we expect from you:

• Ability to use technical documentation and drawings.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office)
• Knowledge of electronic components and understanding of electronic circuits will be considered an advantage.
• Experience working with mechanized/automated equipment will be considered an advantage.

Salary:

We value everyone's efforts and experience, so we offer an attractive salary that matches your skills and competence. The salary for this position is from 9.5 EUR/h to 12 EUR/h (~1596 EUR - ~2016 EUR per month) before taxes, depending on your experience and competence, with the possibility of receiving bonuses.
