Nature of work
You can also find your place at DOVISTA, because the most important thing for us is a friendly attitude and teamwork. We are looking for additional team members in the following work centers:
- preparation and assembly of sashes, where you will be responsible for preparing aluminum sashes for pressing and pressing them;
- assembly of frames, where you will be responsible for connecting the wooden window frame with a press and installing the frame components;
- wood impregnation-painting, where you will be responsible for painting the wooden window frame elements. Painting is automated, so you will need to maintain and operate the equipment. You will also be responsible for completing the already painted wooden window frame elements according to the order number.
You may be assigned other tasks related to the production line.
The highest requirements are applied in our company, so each employee is responsible for product quality control and occupational safety.
Our production operators work in two shifts, from Monday to Friday (weekends off). Morning – from 6:00 to 14:30, afternoon from 14:15 to 22:45 (shifts change weekly).
Employees working in shifts have the opportunity to use company transport to/from work in Marijampolė city and from surrounding areas.
