Production Operator in a new factory (fixed-term contract)

BRIEFLY ABOUT THE POSITION:

In this position, you will be responsible for various production processes, depending on the assigned position - it can be assembly, packaging, printing or UV printing management. Your work will have a direct impact on the quality of our products and customer experience.

The work takes place in a constantly growing production environment, where accuracy, speed, responsibility and teamwork are valued. You will join the team as an important part of it, and all the necessary knowledge will be provided on the spot - the most important thing is your willingness to learn and achieve common goals.

Work schedule - rotating: 3 work days / 3 days off. Shifts change every other cycle - one cycle is worked in day shifts (06:00–18:00), the other - in night shifts (18:00–06:00).

We offer a fixed-term employment contract until mid-December.

Place of work: BURGA HQ (address: Inžinierių g. 6, Sergeičikų I k., Kaunas district (FEZ territory))

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO DO:

• Perform product assembly, packaging or printing work according to the purpose.
• Take care of the maintenance and cleanliness of production facilities.
• Assess product quality and ensure the highest standards.
• Perform tasks within the established deadlines.
• Maintain order in the workplace.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Responsible attitude to work quality and order.
• Good computer skills (an advantage).
• Ability to work in a team and quickly adapt to changes.
• Ability to work on several tasks at the same time.
• Organization and diligence.
• Work experience in production is an advantage.

SALARY: 10.42 - 12.07 Eur/hour before taxes (salary depends on the agreed position). Plus bonuses during the most intensive production periods depending on the results.

Night shifts are paid accordingly by law.
