BRIEFLY ABOUT THE POSITION:

In this position, you will be responsible for various production processes, depending on the assigned position - it can be printing (responsible for maintaining printing machines and performing printing processes), assembly (assembling, milling and pressing products), packaging (sorting manufactured products and preparing them for shipment) or UV press management (working with UV printing equipment, their maintenance and cleaning). Your work will have a direct impact on the quality of our products and customer experience.

The work takes place in a constantly growing production environment, where accuracy, speed, responsibility and teamwork are valued. You will join the team as an important part of it, and all the necessary knowledge will be provided on the spot - the most important thing is your willingness to learn and achieve common goals.

The work schedule is flexible. Shifts change every other cycle – one cycle is day shift (06:00 – 18:00), the other is night shift (18:00 – 06:00).

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO DO:

• Perform product assembly, packaging or printing work as assigned.
• Take care of the maintenance and cleanliness of production facilities.
• Evaluate product quality and ensure the highest standards.
• Complete tasks within set deadlines.
• Maintain order in the workplace.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Responsible attitude to work quality and order.
• Good computer skills (advantage).
• Ability to work in a team and quickly adapt to changes.
• Ability to work on several tasks at once.
• Organization and diligence.
• Work experience in production is an advantage.

SALARY: 9.92 - 11.57 Eur/hr before taxes plus bonuses during peak production periods depending on results.

Night shifts are paid accordingly by law.
