Production Operator (fixed-term contract)

BRIEFLY ABOUT THE POSITION:

In this position, you will be responsible for various production processes, depending on the assigned position - it can be assembly, packaging, printing or UV printing management. Your work will have a direct impact on the quality of our products and customer experience.

The work takes place in a constantly growing production environment, where accuracy, speed, responsibility and teamwork are valued. You will join the team as an important part of it, and all the necessary knowledge will be provided on the spot - the most important thing is your willingness to learn and achieve common goals.

Work schedule - rotating: 3 working days / 3 days off. Shifts change every other cycle - one cycle is worked in day shifts (06:00–18:00), the other - in night shifts (18:00–06:00). We offer a fixed-term employment contract until December - January.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO DO:

• Perform product assembly, packaging or printing work according to the purpose.
• Take care of the maintenance and cleanliness of production facilities.
• Evaluate product quality and ensure the highest standards.
• Perform tasks within the established deadlines.
• Maintain order in the workplace.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• A responsible attitude to the quality and order of work.
• Good computer skills (an advantage).
• The ability to work in a team and quickly adapt to changes.
• The ability to work on several tasks at the same time.
• Organization and diligence.
• Work experience in production - an advantage.

SALARY: 9.92 - 11.57 Eur/hr. before taxes plus bonuses during the most intensive production periods depending on the results.

Night shifts are paid accordingly according to the law.
