Nature of work
You can also find your place at DOVISTA, because the most important thing for us is a friendly attitude and teamwork. We are looking for additional team members in the following work centers:
- final assembly, where you will be responsible for connecting the wooden window frame and the glazed aluminum sash into a single product.
- sash preparation and assembly, where you will be responsible for preparing aluminum sashes for pressing and pressing them;
You may also be assigned other tasks related to the production line.
Our company applies the highest requirements, so each employee is responsible for product quality control and occupational safety.
Our production operators work in two shifts, from Monday to Friday (weekends off). Morning - from 6:00 to 14:30, afternoon from 14:15 to 22:45 (shifts change weekly).
Shift workers have the opportunity to use the company's transport to/from work in Marijampolė and the surrounding areas.

It's okay if you don't have experience or don't know something, we will take care of that too! Each new colleague is assigned a teacher.
