The most modern and largest mushroom farm in the Baltic region UAB "Baltic Champs" is strengthening its management team and invites a Master of Production Organization to join.
Nature of work
- ensure the organization and management of the work of subordinate employees;
- strive for high quality of work in accordance with the requirements of the quality standards established by Global Gap;
- to ensure the smooth operation of the department and the implementation of the set goals;
- control the quality of production/work and immediately eliminate defects;
- ensure work discipline and order of subordinate employees;
- ensure compliance with production processes and technological hygiene requirements;
- control the hygiene of work tools;
- provide methodological assistance to subordinate employees;
- fill in assigned documentation, prepare reports.
Employee requirements
- Higher Education;
- at least 1 year of similar work experience in a manufacturing company;
- good working skills in MS Office programs;
- initiative, openness to innovation, leadership;
- Category B driver's license.
