about the company
A stable, long-standing pharmaceutical company is expanding its production team and is looking for an organized SHIFT MANAGER to join.
Nature of work
- Organization of work of the shift team, distribution of tasks and control (20 employees);
- Coordination of production and packaging processes (supervision of 10 devices);
- Ensuring the implementation of production plans, technological processes and product quality;
- Preparation of documentation, control of compliance with established procedures, filling out reports;
- Operational solution of production problems;
- Application of LEAN principles and active participation in process improvement.
Employee requirements
- Higher university education (in food, pharmacy, chemistry or similar fields);
- Successful practical work experience is essential (food, pharmacy, cosmetics, chemistry is an advantage);
- Experience in managing a team of production workers and
- Knowledge of technological processes, quality requirements and
- Analytical thinking, organization, initiative, ability to make decisions;
- Good computer skills.
