Nature of work
Supervision and improvement of polyurethane casting and insulation processes in production;
Quality control of polyurethane raw materials, mixture parameters and process;
Analysis of technological processes, identification of problems and implementation of their solutions;
Preparation, updating of technological instructions and ensuring their compliance; Cooperation with production, quality, technical service and engineering teams;
Implementation of new products and processes in production;
Improving production efficiency, quality and productivity.
Working hours: 7:00-15:30. Weekends free!

Employee requirements
Experience in manufacturing, technology or engineering;
Ability to analyze technological processes and solve problems;
Reading and understanding technical drawings and diagrams;
Responsibility, diligence and result orientation;
Ability to work independently and in a team;
Good computer skills;
Excellent knowledge of the Lithuanian language;
Knowledge of polyurethane technologies is an advantage!
