Production Manager

✅ Manage a team of 15–20 employees, ensuring smooth work organization;
✅ Plan, coordinate and supervise production processes;
✅ Ensure the quality of manufactured products (windows, doors) and adhere to established plans;
✅ Analyze and supervise working time costs;
✅ Work with production drawings and technological documents.

✅ Experience and understanding of the production of wooden windows/doors;
✅ Ability to read drawings and work with technological documents;
✅ Leadership, ability to inspire and organize a team;
