UAB "Porolonas" is a manufacturing company with more than 30 years of experience, one of the largest foam processors in Lithuania, producing foam parts and blanks for the production of furniture, mattresses, packaging, etc. is looking for a production shop manager
- Lead the team: distribute work and ensure its execution;
- Ensure production quality and adherence to deadlines;
- Monitor production results and take action to improve them;
- Analyze recurring problems and implement solutions;
- Coordinate orders for the main raw material (foam) from existing suppliers;
- Participate in the further implementation and improvement of the production and warehouse management system;
- Ensure order and safe work in production.
What we expect from you
- Experience in leading a production team: clearly distributing work and ensuring its execution;
- Experience in production planning;
- Technical understanding of production equipment;
- Understanding of product preparation for production (drawings, technology);
- Experience in improving production results (timelines, quality, efficiency);
- Ability to work responsibly and independently, maintaining attention to detail;
- A proactive approach: willingness not only to complete tasks, but also to suggest how to do it better.

- Salary from 1700 €/month. in hand (depending on experience and results);
