Production / Department Manager

We are looking for an independent and proactive manager who will take over the management of our production unit in Kėdainiai. Your main goal will be to ensure a smooth daily production process, form a reliable team of employees and effectively organize their work. If you have experience in organizing production and are able to bring people together, we invite you to join us.
Nature of work:
Planning, organizing and constantly monitoring daily production and department processes;
Team building: independent search for production employees, conducting selections and integrating newcomers;
Creating work shifts and schedules, delegating tasks and monitoring their performance;
Prompt resolution of emerging technical or organizational problems on site;
Ensuring production efficiency and quality standards;

Communication with other company departments and management, reporting.

Successful work experience in the field of production organization, shift or department management;
Experience in employee search and selection (a prerequisite);
Strong leadership, problem-solving and team motivation skills;
Independence, flexibility and a high sense of responsibility;

Good computer skills.

Excellent communication, collaboration and negotiation skills
Information structuring and visual presentation skills
Ability to motivate a team
Fluent Lithuanian, good knowledge of English
