Production Manager

Our client is an international leader in electrical solutions, combining advanced technology and high quality standards. We are looking for a Head of Department to join our contact manufacturing department, who will ensure that production runs smoothly and that communication is also smooth.

Job Description:

• Plan, organize and coordinate the daily activities of the production department;
• Ensure the smooth execution of production processes in accordance with established quality, occupational health and safety and environmental requirements;
• Organize training for department employees, delegate tasks and ensure their timely implementation;
• Adhere to established production deadlines and ensure work quality;
• Ensure proper use of materials, equipment and work tools and their accounting;
• Analyze production results, identify areas for improvement and implement performance improvement solutions;
• Cooperate with other departments to ensure a continuous production process;
• Contribute to the development of team competencies and constantly improve your professional knowledge and leadership skills;

Requirements:

• Higher or higher technical or engineering education;
• Work experience in a manufacturing company would be an advantage;
• Experience in an international business environment is an advantage;
• Good computer and document administration skills;
• Ability to effectively plan work, organize team activities;
• Leadership, communication and problem-solving skills;
• Responsibility, initiative and results-oriented;
• Category B driver's license.
