Nature of work
- Management of one of the metal production workshops (welding);
- Organization of the workshop work, ensuring the implementation of production plans;
- Distribution of tasks to employees and supervision of their implementation;
- Ensuring the quality of manufactured products;
- Planning the necessary raw materials for production;
- Providing employees with the necessary work tools;
- Monitoring compliance with occupational safety requirements;
- Identification of problems and their prompt resolution;
- Continuous improvement of activities and processes.
Employee requirements
- Experience in supervised production (in the field of metal products / welding or other technical products would be a great advantage);
- Experience in implementing 5S and LEAN methodologies would be an advantage;
- Higher technical or engineering education;
- Knowledge of drawings, welding work;
- Ability to work and make decisions independently;
- Flexibility, ability to work and communicate with different people;
- Positivity, ability to build and motivate a team;
- Knowledge of English would be an advantage.
