The company is currently expanding its management team and is inviting a manager of the Staneliai production unit to join the team in Joniškis district. Candidates from other cities are also invited to participate in the selection process, relocation costs may be covered.

OBJECTIVES OF THE POSITION:
- Coordinate and ensure the smooth operation of the mushroom cultivation production unit (up to 200 employees).
- Plan the scope of work, resources and priorities, ensuring an uninterrupted production process.
- Organize the work of the factory, monitor the performance results and ensure the efficient use of resources.
- Formulate operational goals, initiate process improvement solutions and ensure their implementation.
- Ensure compliance with quality, hygiene and occupational safety requirements in the unit.
- Cooperate with other units to ensure the smooth operation of processes and the implementation of common goals.
THE COMPANY OFFERS:
- Salary from 5000 to 5500 EUR gross, depending on your experience and competencies.

REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 3 years of experience in managing a factory or production unit.
- Higher or higher education.
- Ability to organize teamwork and ensure the achievement of performance results.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Good English and Russian language skills.
