We offer a job for a production shift foreman - in a wooden floor production workshop in Kaunas district.
Place of work: Kazimierava village, Vandžiogala sen., Kaunas district
Working hours: Monday–Friday, two shifts:
1st shift – 6:00–14:30
2nd shift – 14:30–23:00
Working hours: full-time, 40 hours per week.

What will you do?
Organization, coordination, and control of the work of the wooden floor production unit.
Keeping records of employee working hours.
Coordinating production tasks with the production unit manager.
Implementing production plans and ensuring productivity.
Ensuring quality requirements for the production process.
Developing team members to achieve the best results.
