🔸Organizing and managing the production process, ensuring smooth workflow and meeting deadlines;
🔸Delegating work and managing the team to implement the production plan;
🔸Production quality control and compliance with high standards;
🔸Monitoring compliance with occupational safety and hygiene requirements in production;
🔸Performing accounting control and preparing reports;
🔸Identifying problems and making decisions to make the production process as efficient as possible.

🔸Introductory training, for easy integration into the job;

🔸Rotating work schedule: two days, two nights, four days off (8:00–20:00 or 20:00–8:00);
🔸Competitive salary: from 2000-2500 EUR Net, depending on experience and competence (from 1700 EUR Net during the trial period);
🔸Performance bonuses: quarterly and annual;
🔸Travel expenses compensation, depending on the place of residence;

🔸You have a higher education in food technology or a similar field;
🔸You have experience in food production (advantage);
🔸You have had experience in leading a team (advantage);
🔸You are familiar with production processes, hygiene and food safety requirements (advantage);
🔸Good computer skills are your strength;
🔸You have knowledge of English (advantage);
🔸You have excellent communication skills, you are an initiative and responsible person, you make decisions quickly.
