Production Shift Manager

Our client is a successful manufacturing company focused on operational efficiency, quality and continuous process improvement.
We are currently looking for a Production Shift Manager – someone who is able to organize daily production work, understand performance indicators, make decisions and mobilize the team for results.

The main work model is shift work, but, taking into account the candidate’s experience and competencies, the possibility of full-time work may also be considered.

This is a position for an experienced manufacturing professional who wants more independence, real influence on results and the opportunity to actively contribute to the improvement of production processes and work organization.

The most important thing is practical production experience, the ability to lead people and make decisions focused on the result.

We expect that:

• You have management experience in a production environment;
• You have organized the work of a team, shift or production unit;
• You understand the principles of production planning, performance indicators and their impact on the result;
• You are able not only to monitor indicators, but also to analyze the causes and take action;
• You make decisions independently and react quickly to non-standard situations;
• You know how to communicate clearly, set priorities and mobilize people for a common result;
• You have initiative, energy and a desire to improve processes;
• You are able to analyze data and use it to make decisions.

Knowledge of LEAN principles or practical experience in their application is an advantage.

Experience in a specific industry is not essential - the most important thing is the ability to manage people, processes and results in a production environment.

In this position, it is important not only to ensure the daily production process, but also to see what can be done better and have the space to implement it.

Work schedule: shift work – 2 working days / 2 days off, 7:00–19:00. Depending on the candidate's experience and competencies, the possibility of full-time work may also be considered.

Salary: 3300–4500 Eur/month gross with a variable remuneration component, depending on the candidate's experience and competencies.
