Production Shift Manager

Do you have experience in leading people in production and do you know how to turn a production plan into a result?

Our client is a manufacturing company that focuses on operational efficiency, quality and continuous process improvement. We are currently looking for a Production Shift Manager to join our team, who is able to mobilize people, make decisions in everyday production situations and ensure smooth work of the shift.

In this position, it is important not only to supervise the process, but also to understand performance indicators, see the causes of deviations, look for solutions and help the team work more efficiently.

Work schedule: shift - 2 working days / 2 days off, 7:00–19:00

The most important thing is practical management experience in a production environment, the ability to work with people and a focus on results.

We expect that:

• You have experience in leading a production team, shift or department;
• You understand production planning and key performance indicators;
• You are able to analyze results, identify causes and make decisions;
• You respond independently to non-standard situations and take responsibility;
• You know how to communicate clearly, set priorities and mobilize the team for a common result;
• You have initiative, energy and a desire to improve processes.

Knowledge of LEAN or other process improvement methods is an advantage, but not a prerequisite.
Experience in a specific industry is not essential - the most important thing is your ability to manage people, the process and the result in a production environment.

In this position, it is important not only to ensure the daily production process, but also to see what can be done better and have the space to implement it.

Salary: 3300–4500 Eur/month. gross with a variable remuneration component, depending on the candidate's experience and competencies.
