WHAT WILL YOUR ROLE BE?
Your main task is to ensure that the work of the entrusted production team runs smoothly, efficiently and according to established standards.
In daily activities:
Work on a rolling schedule.
In daily activities:
- Make operational decisions to ensure uninterrupted work;
- Coordinate employee activities, set priorities and ensure proper distribution of workload;
- Monitor work results, notice deviations and take action to eliminate them;
- Help new team members integrate into work, develop employee responsibility and involvement;
- Cooperate with other departments to ensure that daily processes run smoothly;
- Contribute to improving work organization and implementing more efficient solutions.

It is not necessary to have the position title of shift manager. If you are a team leader, foreman or experienced production specialist with experience in team coordination, we also want to get to know you.

- Experience in organizing the work of employees in a production, logistics or similar operational environment;
- Ability to communicate clearly, resolve conflict situations and motivate people;
- Independence, responsibility and result orientation;
- Ability to plan work and adapt to changing situations;
- Computer literacy.
