Nature of work
- plan and organize shift work
- supervise the production process and ensure its smooth implementation
- fill in work schedules (tables) and other production documentation
- ensure transparent communication within the team
- assess employee competencies, identify learning and development needs
- participate in the training and induction of new employees
- provide suggestions for the distribution or changes of employee duties according to operational needs
- motivate the team, ensuring a good microclimate
Work schedule: rotating - long/short week from 6.30 to 18.30
Production premises Ukmergės g. 364, Vilnius (Vilnius Business Park)
Requirements
- 2 years of similar work experience in manufacturing (advantage)
- ability to organize team work and make decisions
- excellent planning, organization and problem-solving skills
- responsibility, leadership and initiative
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
