We are currently inviting a SHIFT MANAGER to join our active and motivated team!

- Shift work. Work schedule: Mon-Fri 7:00-16:00 / 14:00-23:00 (changes weekly), weekends and holidays off.
You will be responsible for:
- Ensuring safe, high-quality and efficient work during your shift.
- Planning, organizing, coordinating and controlling shift work.
- Effective use of production capacity and resources.
- Ensuring the qualitative and quantitative fulfillment of production plans, based on high quality and safety standards.
- Team building, development and promotion of engagement.
- Selection of new employees.
We hope you:
- You have experience in a manufacturing company and are well versed in production and technological processes.
- Experience in the food industry would be a great advantage.
- You have good knowledge of LEAN and quality systems and experience in applying them.
- You have good time planning, results-oriented, and work organization skills.
- You know how to quickly and flexibly solve various production situations.
- We hope that you are a team player, proactive, positive, and innovative.
