Nature of work
- smooth organization of shift work, motivation, training and assistance in performing tasks of employees
- execution of the production plan, ensuring work productivity and quality control
- efficient (use) of production capacities and resources
- monitoring, recording and reporting of shift results
- work in shifts with a rolling work schedule of 12 hours (3 day shifts, 2 rest periods, 3 night shifts, 4 rest periods)
